As the International Tradesmen’s Union Association (“UEB” or “Association”), we place great importance on the security

controller under the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”)—about the purposes for which your personal data is processed, to whom it may be disclosed, the

8. International Representations
The International Tradesmen’s Union Association maintains representations and conducts international collaborations
outside of Turkey.
Where required by the nature of these activities, personal data may be shared with overseas representative offices or partner organizations in compliance with applicable laws and regulations and with the necessary security
ömeasures in place.
Such sharing is limited solely to specific, explicit, and legitimate purposes.
9. Retention
of Personal Data Personal data is

11. Data Subject Rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, data subjects have the following rights:
• The right to learn whether their personal data is being processed;
• if so, the right to request information regarding such processing;
• the right to learn the purpose of processing;
• the right to learn the third parties to whom the data has been transferred within or outside the country;
• the right to request the correction of incomplete or incorrectly processed data;
• the right to request the erasure or destruction of data;
• To request that third parties be notified of any corrections or deletions made,
• To object to a decision made solely through automated systems that
çresults in a negative outcome for the data subject,
• To claim compensation in the event of damage resulting from unlawful data processing.
12. Submission Method
You may submit your requests under the KVKK via
email to info@ueb.org.tr
or in writing to our association’s headquarters address.
Requests will be evaluated and resolved within the timeframes specified in the applicable legislation.
13. Updates
The International Tradesmen’s Union Association reserves
the right to update this Privacy Notice in accordance with changes in legislation, technological
developments, or changes in its services.
The updated text enters into effect on the date it is published at www.ueb.org.tr.
14. Governing Law
The laws of the Republic of Turkey shall govern the application of this Privacy Notice.
In the event of any disputes, the competent courts and enforcement
offices affiliated with the Istanbul Anatolia Courthouse shall have jurisdiction.
