1. Purpose
These Terms of Use have been prepared to regulate the rights and
obligations of all individuals and legal entities who visit, use, become
members of, or perform any transaction through the website at www.ueb.org.tr.
Every user of the website is deemed to have read, understood, and accepted
these Terms of Use.

3. Purpose
of the Website The UEB official website is intended to:
• promote the Association’s institutional activities;
• accept membership applications;
• accept applications for provincial and international representative offices;
• evaluate volunteer applications,
• issue announcements and provide information to the trades and business community,
• publicize events, projects, and organizations,
• inform the public with accurate and up-to-date information,
• and support national and international collaborations.
4. Membership
: Individual or corporate membership applications may be submitted through the website.
Submitting an application does not guarantee that membership will be accepted.
All applications are evaluated by the relevant bodies of the International Tradespeople’s Union Association.
The Association may request additional information and documents when deemed necessary or may reject an application without being required to provide a reason
.
5. Representative Office Applications
Applications for representative offices in Turkey and abroad may be submitted through the website.
Representative office applications are considered applications only.
Acceptance of an application does not imply that representative authority has been granted.
Authorization to act as a representative becomes valid only upon written approval by the authorized bodies
of the International Tradesmen’s Union Association.
6. Volunteer Applications
Users may apply to participate in volunteer programs.
Volunteer applications are subject to an evaluation process.
The Association reserves the right to reject applications it deems inappropriate.
7. User Obligations
The user agrees to:
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information;
• not use information belonging to others;
• not to engage in unlawful activities,
• not to take any actions that could harm the system,
• not to upload malicious software,
• not to attempt to gain unauthorized access,
• not to create fake accounts,
• and not to infringe upon the rights of other users.
8. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
• Sharing false or misleading information;
• publishing defamatory, threatening, or discriminatory content;
• using the Association’s name without permission;
• using the logo and corporate identity without permission;
• copyright infringement;
• unlawful sharing of personal data;
• uploading software or code that could harm the system;
• and engaging in spam, advertising, or unauthorized commercial activities.
In such cases, the user’s account may be suspended or permanently closed, and appropriate legal
proceedings may be initiated.
9. Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights
The intellectual and industrial property rights to all content on this website—including
• the logo,
• emblem,
• designs,
• text,
• Images,
• Videos,
• Documents,
• Graphics,
• software infrastructure,
• databases,
• and corporate content
—are the intellectual and industrial property of the International Tradesmen’s
Association, or the rights to use them have been licensed to the association.
No content may be copied, reproduced, published, used for
commercial purposes, or transferred to third parties without written permission.
10. International Activities
The International Tradesmen’s Union Association is a civil society organization established in Turkey and may maintain representative offices and engage in international collaborations outside of Turkey
.
Representative offices abroad are obligated to comply with the applicable laws of the countries in which they are located.
The primary legal basis for the services provided through this website is the legislation of the Republic
of Turkey.

of Personal Data Personal data collected through the website is processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and
related legislation.
